The thesis deals with entrepreneurial scheme of the firm for change of present unsuitable spaces and information system. By means of financial analysis determines, if the firm is finance able enough for the change and if the firm can afford the change and what will bring the change to this firm. Afterwards the suitable variant of the change is recommended and also costs, benefits and risks connected with this change are determinated.

In this bachelor thesis author assesses information system of Stredoslovenská distribučná, a.s., energy distribution company, and designs potential changes. First part of the thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge of information systems, and it is further developed and used for assessment of the system itself. Theoretical part together with tailored analyses serves as a mean to design changes leading to improvement of specific processes and partial elements of the information system.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis, design and implementation of a data bridge between the information system of the company Sledovanitv.cz, s.r.o. and the economic system. The first part describes the objectives of the project. The theoretical part provides the necessary foundation for the implementation and, in addition to the theoretical background of information systems as a whole it presents and describes the technologies used for the execution of the implementation. The needs and requirements for future expansion are determined based on the analysis of the current situation. The practical part introduces a proposed solution, the method and procedure of implementation. In the final part, the author gives an assessment of the practical and economic benefits of the project.

The Master’s Thesis focuses on examination and assessment of information system in the Plojhar s.r.o. company and on proposal of changes for its improvement. The theoretical part contains definitions of the basic concepts relevant to the subject of information systems and approaches to their assessment, management and administration. In the next, analytical part, the information system is examined from several points of view and a complex analysis is performed. Possible solutions of changes of the information system are presented on the basis of the analysis.

Based on the findings, which are compared with the requirements of the company, it suggested a few solutions. Individual solutions are compared with each other according to selected criteria and selects the best option. Evaluate its benefits for the company for the selected option.

The aim of the thesis is to propose certain steps and adjustments that would make the system more efficient and generally more user-friendly. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is devoted to description of terms and procedures that form the basis of the analysis of information system. Analysis itself is carried out in the next section. Here, identified system deficiencies are described as well as processes which led to their detection. The last part is then devoted to solving these problems through specific proposals.
